We had the most lovely stay at Old Stables Cottage for my partner’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, it felt so cosy, peaceful and welcoming. Michelle went above and beyond by putting up birthday balloons and leaving a cake after I mentioned it was a birthday stay, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the weekend feel extra special. The cottage itself is absolutely beautiful, incredibly well stocked with everything you could need and more, and the beds and sofas were so comfy. The surrounding area was so quiet and relaxing too, perfect for switching off and enjoying a peaceful break away. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into this place. We loved every minute of our stay and would 100% come back again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful in a very peaceful area but had lots of stunning beaches/villages nearby. The cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated. A lot of thought had gone into making it a wonderful place to stay. All the motion lights were very helpful, the stair gate was useful with our springer spaniel, we loved the fire and blankets on an evening, the shower/towel dryers were great, the beds very comfortable, stunning garden, kitchen kitted out with everything you could need etc.. Everything was to such a high standard and we appreciated it. Glad we managed to see Rob (neighbour) and Doogie (cocker spaniel) before we left - they were lovely! We cant wait to stay at the cottage again.
