The property is exceptionally well laid out and very comfortably accommodated three generations of our family during our 10-day stay. The ground floor arrangement, with two bedrooms (including one en-suite) and an additional bathroom, provided excellent accessibility for the older member of our group. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were equally spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped – nothing missing - had everything we needed during our stay. We were particularly pleased to find a set of weighing scales, which are often absent from holiday rentals and were something we had brought with us specifically for my daughter's baking! The outside space, garden area with several lawns as well as patio with hot tub was very well positioned and relaxing. The location is peaceful and tranquil, with several excellent walking routes nearby, particularly along the beautiful River Teifi, which is only a short walk (5-10mins) from the property. Cardigan Bay is also within easy reach via car (10 mins) a journey which offers stunning scenery and Cardigan bay has good selection of shops and restaurants suiting our three generations. The owners were very accommodating, were available to check us in, provide necessary instructions for hot tub, and be available to answer any questions. It was reassuring to know that the owners live close by and available should we have had any questions during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

A really convenient location to both Cardigan & surrounding beaches, both c10 mins drive away. This is a spacious accommodation, immaculately clean, very quiet, comfortable with a fabulous large hot tub that must seat at least 6-8 people. The weather was fab which always helps of course. Nicola and Lionel were fantastic, giving us a great overview upon arrival and daily checks of the hot tub. Would definitely recommend

The house was lovely and very well presented. The description was misleading, the rooms being incorrect and local amenities non- existent. Maybe the information needs updating. The host was friendly, although it would have been preferable if he had called ahead or rung at the front door, rather than appearing in the back garden or banging on the window. Privacy is very important when you are staying at a rented property. Overall the property was relaxing and we enjoyed our stay.
