The kitchen and dining area offer a warm, sociable space, complete with an original inglenook fireplace, cast iron woodburning stove and bread oven. The main sitting room centres around a second woodburning stove, with a large corner sofa for cosy evenings, while a separate snug provides a quieter space to relax with a Smart TV.
There are two flexible bedrooms: a twin that can be made into a super king with its own en suite bath, and a spacious family room with a king size and single bed. A modern walk‑in shower room, separate cloakroom, fast WiFi and a washing machine add everyday convenience.

Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy boat trips and watersports, or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.
