The kitchen/dining room is spacious and well-equipped, inviting relaxed family meals and lively conversations around the table. Just off the kitchen, a useful utility room and ground-floor toilet adding extra convenience. Upstairs, the cottage comfortably sleeps six guests across four bedrooms, two beautifully presented king-size rooms and two charming single rooms, ideal for children or friends. The family bathroom offers a bath with overhead shower, ensuring everyone has the space they need. A special feature of this property is the master suite, accessed via its own separate staircase. This private retreat boasts a kingsize bed, and an en-suite shower room, making it a peaceful haven within the house. Outside, the cottage really shines for families. The large rear garden offers plenty of space for children to play, while adults can relax on the patio and enjoy the surrounding views. A delightful children’s tree house adds a touch of adventure for younger guests, making the garden a highlight of any stay.

What a beautiful stay in the Wild West of Wales! Aeron Villa has everything you could need and more - to include treats for our dog, coffee, tea, milk and cake for us on arrival which were a grateful touch.We were so very comfortable - particularly in the master suite which is stunning! Plenty of room for a family and lots of places to relax.We explored locally to include Tregaron (coffee shop is a must!), Lampeter and Aberystwyth, but our favourite spot was Aberaeron - just gorgeous! Ceris was a wonderful host and we hope to be back again! Thank you for having us! **

We had a fantastic week at Aeron Villa. The accommodation was so comfortable and the cottage was immaculately clean. Our family is parents and three teenagers, so it was great for the teens to have their rooms up one staircase whilst we were in splendid isolation in the master suite up the second stair. Because of the layout, the cottage would work very well for a young family travelling with grandparents or childless friends (mom, dad & baby in the double, older kids in the single, grandparents or friends in the master suite). We found the Spar in Tregaron met our needs, and we picked up things we couldn't get there when out and about, but grocery delivery is an option too: our delivery driver had no trouble finding us. The only addition I would make to accommodation would be to add another armchair or small sofa in the back part of the living room as sometimes we felt a bit like we were playing musical chairs, but we were still comfortable. The dining table is great for family meals and table top games. There were actually enough plates and bowls and such for all the gusts (surprising how often this isn't the case!), and everything I needed to cook, including a pot big enough to cook pasta for a family of constantly hungry teenagers in one go! Remarkable!Day trip highlight for us was probably Aberystwyth, which has a gorgeous coastline and some amazing bookshops. It's about a 40 minute drive. Also, we somehow spent hours just sitting outside after dark as the stars were simply amazing in the dark sky. Taught the kids to find a whole bunch of constellations we can't see well enough at home (Hertfordshire countryside) to really pick out. I think my youngest daughter was asking if we could go back before she'd even finished unpacking, and by the end of the week we all agreed that Aeron Villa makes our list of cottages we'd go back to.

Beautiful cottage, done up to a great standard. Cosy and warm with everything we needed. Able to park 2 cars outside without issue. Great base for visiting family. Host was communicative and provided items required for little one.
