It can sleep up to 10 people with the option to rent at a reduced price for up to 8 people by separating off the basement area (selected seasons only). There's also the added flexibility of short breaks during low and mid seasons.

Set a stone's throw from the promenade and cycle path and within a two minute walk of Mumbles popular boutiques, coffee shops and bars, it really is in the perfect location for making the most of coastal village life. 

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Enter from small front garden up steps and into hallway.

Reception 1: Sofas, armchair and footstool as well as a flatscreen TV/DVD on a stand with sea views.

Reception 2: Two leather sofas, a TV/DVD and lots of books and games with French doors that open out onto the back garden.

Kitchen/Diner: Dining table that seats 10. Granite worktops and appliances including an electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as an extra-large toaster with doors that lead to the garden. There's a washer/dryer in a separate under-stairs cupboard.

Cloakroom: WC with wash hand basin.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: King size bed, wardrobes and drawers and has two floor to ceiling windows with stunning sea views.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobes and drawers.

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, wardrobes and drawers.

Family Bathroom: Wall hung wash hand basin, WC and a walk-in shower.

Second Floor

Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds with a large en suite which a bath, wash hand basin and WC.

Basement

Bedroom 5: 2 x single beds alongside a smart shower room complete with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand.

*This room can be locked allowing the property to be rented for 8 people at a reduced rate. Please see note below.

External: At the rear of the property is a terraced garden that is fully enclosed with lovely planting plus a patio area with outdoor dining furniture. At the top is a lockable storage area perfect for bikes, surfboards etc.

Alongside is a blocked paved parking area that can accommodate two cars and is accessed from a quiet private road from which it is possible to walk through mature woodland to the Castle Fields surrounding Oystermouth Castle.

Sleeps 10: 1 King, 1 Double, 3 Twin

**note** The basement twin bedroom can be locked, therefore making the property an 8 sleeper. For a full week it will be £150 less than the advertised price. For a short break it will be £50 less than the advertised price. Please call our offices to book either option. Please note that this offer does not include Peak Season dates. During this time the property is only available as a 10 sleeper.
