We have just got back from a wonderful stay at Llwyn. We went with two grandparents, three teenagers, myself, husband and our dog. We loved the house instantly as it had a warm and friendly feeling. The directions and information Mena sent before hand really helped us settle in. The house warmed up quickly with the boost central heating. Beds were comfy, clean and tidy with plenty of space. Stunning views and quiet was a really selling point of the house. We loved sitting out in the completely dog safe garden and enjoying the Spring morning sun. We were able to cook easily for all 7 of us with the large cooker and oven. The dishwasher came in really handy. We were a bit worried about how we would entertain all of the generations for 4 nights, but with the family living and the games room, these were our best times. It was so lovely to have everyone together and the house and space allowed this. Thank you Mena for a wonderful stay and being a super host. I will always offer an honest review but this one is glowing! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect house to explore Wales from, secluded except for the sheep & local farmers.Enclosed garden for the dog. The house was extremely well equipped whether you want to cook a quick or full meal, the kitchen had everything. The house is a quick drive away for Snowdonia national park with loads of walks & activities. All the double & king size beds were very comfortable. Games room was brilliant to sit and chat while playing pool & darts.I really cannot fault the house at all.The host Mena even checked in a few times to ensure we had arrived safely & if everything was ok.

The games room was a bonus for our 4 teenagers. The views are amazing I will miss my morning coffee sat watching the sheep. The farm next door has a lovely craft room with a few things to buy. The house is spacious, comfy and clean.
