Guests consistently highlight the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent communication from the host, making it feel like a home from home. The games room and enclosed garden are popular with families and dog owners. While some mention minor issues such as water pressure, narrow access roads, and limited nearby amenities, the overwhelmingly positive feedback emphasises the property's charm, thoughtful touches, and suitability for a relaxing getaway in North Wales.
Multiple reviews describe the cottage as spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Only one review mentions a minor issue with a bathroom smell, but this is outweighed by the consistent praise for cleanliness throughout the property.
The location is widely celebrated for its beautiful, peaceful countryside views and seclusion. Some guests note the remoteness, narrow access roads, and distance to shops or restaurants, but most appreciate the tranquillity and scenery.
Guests frequently mention comfortable beds, cosy sofas, and plenty of space for families and groups. The cottage is described as warm, inviting, and ideal for relaxation, with only rare minor comments about water pressure.
The property is praised for being well-equipped, with a popular games room, enclosed garden, and ample kitchen appliances. Minor suggestions include improved water pressure and Wi-Fi, but overall, facilities exceed expectations.
The host is repeatedly commended for excellent communication, helpful local advice, and thoughtful touches that make guests feel welcome. While some reviews mention extra touches, please note that gifts or extras are not guaranteed.

We recently stayed at Llwyn Cottage for a week and overall had a pleasant stay. The cottage is set in a beautiful location with lovely views all around, making it a peaceful place to relax. There was plenty of parking space for multiple cars, which was very convenient. The owner was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also brought our dog, who absolutely loved the large garden with plenty of room to run around and play. The cottage was generally clean and tidy on arrival. There were a few areas that could be improved. The water pressure was quite inconsistent throughout the week. Occasionally it was fine, but most of the time the water flow was very slow, and at times there was no water coming through at all. We also didn't use the downstairs bathroom during our stay because it had a very strong sewage/egg-like smell, which made it unpleasant to use. In addition, some of the walls and ceilings would benefit from a fresh coat of paint to freshen the property up.The cottage is also quite remote, which may be a positive for some guests looking for peace and quiet. However, we found it difficult at times to find restaurants and places to eat nearby, and the closest shop was around a 15-minute drive away, so it's worth planning ahead and bringing supplies with you.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings, spacious garden, friendly host, and the fantastic outdoor space for our dog.

Lovely cottage in a stunning area that's a little off the beaten track. Property is very well maintained and the only issue we had over the stay was that the Internet connection could be a little wobbly.Quite a few nice places to visit that are only a short drive away.Host is available quickly if you have any questions or issues while staying.Highly recommended
