Guests enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and ample outdoor space. The property's charm and history added to the experience, with the annex being a plus for those less mobile. The hot tub and games room were popular, although a larger hot tub was suggested. Some minor maintenance issues were noted, but overall, the property provided a memorable stay for families and friends.

Guests consistently noted the property was spotlessly clean, with clean bedding and towels. The hot tub was also mentioned as clean and well maintained.

The property's location in North Wales & Snowdonia was appreciated for its proximity to walks and areas of interest. Some guests mentioned road noise, but it was not a significant concern for most.

The comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the rooms were frequently complimented. The property's ability to accommodate multiple generations and large groups added to the comfort level.

Facilities were generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and ample space. Some minor issues with the Annex and a desire for more comprehensive instructions were mentioned. The outdoor games room was a hit.

While guests appreciated the fresh eggs and the presence of some dishwasher tablets and cleaning products, there were no consistent mentions of gifts or special touches that would allow for a fair assessment in this category.

Very good service from the owners A few books and a couple of boardgames would’ve been great to have had at the property.

We had a problem with the heating and Helen the owner came straight away to sort it out. The older children loved the hot tub and the games room was a bonus. The property was well placed for getting about, and we had a nice walk to the farm shop but the road was very busy Thank you Helen it was lovely celebrating my birthday in your property

There was plenty of room if everyone wanted to sit together, and enough quiet spaces if people wanted some alone time. The bedrooms were all wonderful with really comfortable beds, everyone in our large group said how well they slept! The furniture and decoration adds so much character to the property. The annex is a great addition, especially for those who struggle with too many stairs. There is plenty to do a short drive away and a lovely farm shop a short walk down the road. There is some traffic noise from the main A road, but that's to be expected and it hardly bothered us at all. I would highly recommend this place to stay for a large group booking, it's full of character and charm. The lovely addition of a hot tub and BBQ provided wonderful evenings.
