Relax, put your feet up and unwind in front of the Smart TV to watch your favourite box set, catch up on the soaps or listen to music. A convenient utility room houses a washing machine and microwave for your convenience. When it is time to rest, head to one of three well-presented bedrooms, configured as a kingsize with Smart TV, double with en-suite walk in shower room, and a single with a single pull-out bed that converts to a double, all benefitting from quality bedding and stylish furnishings. Head down to the beach at Prestatyn, enjoy a stroll around the shops or enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes. If you enjoy walking, head over to join the Offa’s Dyke path and take in the spectacular mountain and sea views along the way. Days out can be enjoyed at the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Bodnant Gardens or if you wish to enjoy the water sports, you will find opportunities for fishing, sailing, and jet skiing over at Colwyn Bay. Take a drive over to the Snowdonia National Park where you will find a plethora of activities to suit everyone. 53 Degrees North is the perfect place to create memories with friends and family here in North Wales. Whilst this is a beautifully decorated property in a good location, our experience was not a good one. It was filthy when we arrived: the dishwasher was full of dirty pots, all the drawers were dirty, cutlery was stained and I had to clean up before I started cooking. There were wet towels in the washing machine and hanging out in the utility so we emptied the water in the tumble dryer to get it working to sort it out. These are not things you expect to have to do upon arrival. The owner was apologetic and had been so helpful prior to our arrival but never came back to us with an explanation or any gesture to improve the situation. We looked past the usual fluff on the floor but towels smelt damp and we questioned how clean they were. The grass was also too long for the kids to play in the garden. Some basics were missing too e.g coffee machine with no pods, no cafettiere, no chopping board...With a decent bit of cleaning and more care shown to guests through some nice personal touches, this would be a super holiday bungalow but based on our experience, we couldn't recommend it.

Lovely stay but could benefit with attention in some areas. The decor was nice, very spacious. Parking on driveway. Located just a couple of minutes drive from town and beach. We loved the property for a family birthday get together. But could benefit from some attention as listed. The place wasn't particularly clean. Mouldy food under the grate on wooden chopping board. Dirty plates with food on some of the plates. Cupboard doors and drawers in kitchen were dirty with tea stains and runs on them. No welcome book with info or helpful things. Ie WiFi. Or local info. ensuite shower water was not very warm even after turning temp up. Dust and dirt on woodwork in ensuite bedroom. No instructions for heating. Main bathroom toilet seat very loose. Main bathroom sink leaking onto floor.
