Cleverly converted on the ground floor of this former woollen mill, the apartment offers plenty of space for four guests, with a welcoming open plan living space and two bedrooms. There is an interconnecting door between this apartment and Snowdon (ref UK6627), ideal for larger groups.
The Woollen Mill, where the owner lives on-site, is situated within a peaceful setting, overlooking woodland with rural views in all directions that follow the course of the river. Dating back to 1776, it is a building full of character and history. If visitors can bear to tear themselves away from the property’s tranquil seclusion, a wealth of delights await exploration, including Caernarfon with its magnificent castle. The Welsh Highland Railway is worth a visit for scenic trips into the heart of the National Park. For the more adventurous, Zip World Velocity, the longest, fastest zip wire in the northern hemisphere is also easily accessible. A beautiful sandy beach is within 5 miles, and there are wonderful walking opportunities from the doorstep. Beach 4½ miles. Shop 3½ miles, pub 6 miles and restaurant 10½ miles.

Amazing. Tryfan is idyllic. The garden is adjacent to the river and is a haven for wildlife lovers. Birds, birds, birds, and an otter spotted: truly wonderful. Ty Coch pub on the beach perfect; beach at Dinas Dinlle gorgeous. The hosts were so welcoming and fun. Definitely will return.
