This very attractive and comfortable barn offers panoramic views in the beautiful rural setting of the owners country house. It sits a mile above the banks of the River Wye at Brockweir, with its excellent local shop and pub, is a few minutes’ drive from Tintern Abbey and offers wonderful walking as it is right on the Offas Dyke Path. This border territory is marked by stunning scenery and has brooding castles at Chepstow and Raglan, and market towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth to explore with more excellent walking in the Forest of Dean and along the riverbank. Fishing, riding, cycling and canoeing readily available. The area is wonderful for sightseeing and touring and easily reached year round. Chepstow’s racecourse and excellent golf courses are nearby.
Please be aware there is no cot at this property, however, visitors are more than welcome to bring their own.
The property is located on a working farm.

The most beautiful little escape! The owners are so welcoming and we instantly felt at home. The cottage is clean, spacious and well equipped, with the most incredible views over the valley! The wildlife was a massive highlight: on the first night I sat and had tea outside, with deer, foxes, owls and bats for company. In the morning, i woke my son early so we could see the herd of deer walk past the cottage. There are so many walking routes right from the cottage over beautiful woods and meadows. We also walked to Brockweir shop and cafe, which does fabulous food and products and has a play area. We cannot recommend Spring farm highly enough, it is the perfect, quiet escape.
