Explore the lively town, where you can treat your loved ones to a well-deserved supper at the Golden Lion, Castle Inn or Royal Oak, spot local wildlife at the River Nevern Wildfowl Conservation Area, or head straight to the beach for a day on the dunes. Those interested in history can visit the town's surroundings, which include the remarkable 5500 year old Neolithic Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber as well as Castell Henllys Iron Age Village. Meet the Gentle Giants at the Shire Horse Farm in Eglwyswrw and then visit Cardigan, birthplace of the Welsh Eisteddfod in Cardigan Castle and the Welsh Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran with its own imposing Norman castle, which are only a few miles further north. Heading west towards Fishguard, see the historic Fishguard Fort and then head down into the picturesque Lower Town harbour - the setting for Hollywood blockbusters Moby Dick starring Gregory Peck and Under Milkwood starring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton! Then go up to visit the Town Hall and the 'Last Invasion Tapestry' that tells the incredible story of the Last Invasion of Mainland Britain of 1797 and of our Welsh heroine, Jemima Nicholas! Don't forget St Davids, the UKs smallest city with its magnificent cathedral and explore the coastal coves and beaches in-between! All this and more awaits at Trem Y Morfa.

Newport is located on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, which is world-renowned for its unique terrain and fantastic prospects for dolphin and seal spotting. All year round, wonderful seaside walks along the route or in the adjacent Preseli Hills with ever changing scenery are a walker's dream. Visit the mills, artisan centres, and castles strewn over the county to learn about history, or spend a day at the beautiful Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort to learn about life at the time firsthand. Obviously the views are spectacular. The size of the rooms, bathrooms and ensuite facilities were perfect for us. Parking is also very convenient. The proximity to Newport's excellent pubs, restaurants and shops is good. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday for us all, including our dogs. Thank you.

The views were wonderful, lucky you. Problems with dishwasher and flush, were resolved really well and promptly by local contact.

If anything, the kitchen and living room were more spacious than the pictures show. We had a minor issue with the lounge door handle which was dealt with promptly. The location and views were great. Hopefully we'll get the opportunity to return.
