This immaculately presented waterside home, set in the much sought-after residential area of Ocean Way, Pennar, is perched high above the Milford Haven waterway, near Pembroke Dock.Soak up the atmosphere from your hot tub on the balcony, the unique vantage point high above the water will give you the opportunity to watch the boats, ships and ferries coming and going from the historic Royal Dockyard below. During winter afternoons and evenings, feel cosy inside with some storm watching by the wood-effect gas burner for some close to the elements allure. The lovely countryside of Pembrokeshire and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is accessible via the nearby coastal path and there are many beautiful beaches within a short driving distance. Fishing from the nearby beach into Pennar gut is a 5 minute walk away.

We stayed at this property as it was big enough for the 7 of us and it allowed 2 dogs The rooms are very spacious and the heating was on when we arrived the kitchen is very large and spacious the garden overlooks the estuary and is a fantastic view overlooking the cleddau bridge down to blackbridge harbour there is a bbq area just off the drive to your left with seating area there is a gym on the ground floor also a large double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor is a large living room with large tv and a reclining sofa & kitchen which both lead out to to the first floor balcony where the hot tub is situated & seating area. there is also a toilet and a washroom ( washing machine & dryer) on this floorOn the 2nd floor is a very spacious bathroom and also 3 large rooms 1 with 2 single beds and the other 2 with double beds We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here and would definitely recommend staying at this house. Great house with plenty of room and great for the dogs. Location was a bit far out of the town and there’s no information at the house about local amenities, nearest shop, pubs, cafes/restaurants or walks around the local area. There was no information on how to put the gas fire on. However had a lovely few days, visiting Stackpole, Saundersfoot, Tenby and surrounding area. Would recommend but be mindful there are no local amenities.

Fabulous house, great views, superb welcome pack! A real home from home spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Only negative is the seating in the lounge, not really enough if there is 8 people staying & not very comfortable either. On the plus side the beds were super comfortable.You do need a car though as there isn't much around All in all we had a great time
