Please note: This property is unsuitable for children under the age of 13.. Once inside you’ll be greeted by an immaculate open plan living space with all your home comforts and more. Wander through the patio doors and step outside onto the spacious decking with uninterrupted countryside views. Both bedrooms are very spacious with top quality mattresses and super kingsize beds, along with Smart TVs perfect for those relaxing mornings. The first floor bedroom has sea views and an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath. There’s also an impressive walk-in shower room downstairs which has real boutique feel with top quality shower. This accommodation is immaculate there’s a feeling of luxury as soon as you walk through the door, you’ll most certainly not be disappointed.
Within walking distance of the beach, eateries and convenience stores you could simply park up and relax. There’s miles of coastline to explore with picture perfect beaches and dunes you’ll be spoilt for choice. Just down the road there’s Harlech here you’ll find the imposing uesco World Heritage Site, Harlech Castle. Bustling Barmouth is just down the road take a walk along the promenade and indulge in some fish and chips, an iconic feature of the town is Barmouth Bridge, the over 150-year-old railway viaduct across the Mawddach Estuary. It is half a mile in length with a wooden promenade suitable for pedestrians or cyclists which now forms part of the Wales Coast Path and the Lon Las Cymru Cycle Network. You’re in a fantastic location to explore this area of the Snowdonia National Park.

This is a beautiful property with high end fixtures and fittings in an excellent location for visiting the area. .It has lovely spacious bedrooms with extra comfy beds , wonderful outside space with stunning views. There was a very generous welcome pack which was much appreciated. However , as we were 2 separate couples renting this property, we have a few niggles which I will list. It is not suitable for 2 couples, despite having 2 huge bedrooms because of privacy and noise issues. There is no upstairs bedroom door so it is open to the sitting room and guests in the upstairs bedroom couldn’t use the kitchen unless guests In upstairs room were up and about. We were disappointed that there was no shower head over the bath ( as shown in photos on website ) which meant that both couples had to use the shower room. The storage shelves in shower cubicle were extremely rusty rendering them not fit for purpose. . We were surpthat we were unable to use the radiators, particularly in the shower room, hence the towels were always wet. An electric radiator which can be controlled by guests ( as have always been installed in previous rentals ) would be more than useful. We felt that the sitting area needed another arm hair or 2 seat sofa as one of us had to sit on an upright dining chair . We couldn’t converse if 3 people sat in a row on the sofa. Some of the cooking equipment was not completely clean and the frying pan was definitely past its best. The empty cupboard space for food storage was a little small for 2 couples . Also , there was no information pack regarding local amenities , nearest doctors or hospitals etc.

We had a really great week. The accommodation was spacious, beautifully presented and well thought out. The outside area was also a really lovely addition. We hope to visit again soon.
