Trawsfynydd 3 miles. A stone-built detached barn conversion, situated on the owner's 30 acre smallholding in the rural village of Bronaber, just 3 miles from the village of Trawsfynydd in the Snowdonia National Park. This Trawsfynydd holiday cottage has been lovingly renovated to provide upside down accommodation with contemporary decor and furnishings. This is a wonderful Trawsfynydd cottage with a woodburner in the first floor open plan living accommodation and French doors onto a raised veranda providing views of the Rhinog mountain range. There are two ground floor bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, providing accommodation for a small family or two couples who wish to explore this part of North Wales.
A wonderful location for mountain biking enthusiasts and walkers as on the doorstep is the renowned Coed-y-Brenin Forest with its famous mountain biking trails. Enjoy the surrounding hill and mountain scenery, fishing in Trawsfynydd Lake, white water rafting, canoeing and the beautiful beaches at Porthmadog, Harlech and Barmouth. A quality Trawsfynydd cottage perfect for a holiday at any time of the year.
The traditional Welsh village of Trawsfynydd lies in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, and is surrounded by the Rhinog, Moelwyn and Arenig mountains. The impressive Trawsfynydd Lake, which is renowned for its fishing, is only a short walk away and the village itself boasts a pub and a small variety of shops. The beautiful beaches at Black Rock Sands, Harlech and Barmouth are close by, as are the bustling towns of Dolgellau and Porthmadog. Visit castles, narrow gauge railways, slate and copper mines and the famous Portmeirion Italianate Village.

First floor open plan living /kitchen/dining area with a wood burner (starter pack of logs provided) and French door which opens to a raised veranda and outside seating area, with a second seating & BBQ area from the stairs of the veranda with access to the owners shared garden with uninterrupted views towards the Rhinog mountain range.
The cottage has a Smart TV/ WiFi, hairdryer, electric double oven and hob, microwave, integrated fridge, dishwasher and oil central heating which is included in the rental.
Bed linen and towels are included in rent.
Off road parking for 2 cars.
Secure bike storage.
Sorry NO pets or smoking in the cottage.
Village shop 2 miles away.
As the cottage has a spiral staircase accessing the found floor bedrooms to the first floor living area which makes it unsuitable for infants under 3 or guests with mobility issues.

The views and solitude are second to known . we have just had the best weeks holiday in this beautiful cottage . The cottage is warm , cosy , has wifi , TV , netflix with your password. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need , dishwasher , washing machine , cooker and microwave and plenty of pots and pans. Thank you for the Bira Birth and other essentials a great help. The two shower rooms are great and everuthing is spotless . The Double we stayed in was so comfortable and we slept so well every night. The couple who owned the farm are so kind and gave us lots of places to vist and we now consider them as friends and we will return 100 percent. Thank you once again Martin and Ken

This property is beautiful lovely and clean it has everything you would need for a holiday or short stay it has all the equipment you need for cooking and it has a washer for you to wash your clothes if need the bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds and both have there own bathroom it is a credit to the owners who are great and very helpful we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay there
