The spacious modern kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals, while a convenient ground floor shower room adds practicality to the layout.
Upstairs, the cottage features two comfortable double bedrooms, each offering a peaceful space to unwind and recharge. A second modern shower room is also located on the first floor, providing additional convenience.

Blaenau Ffestiniog itself is known as the adventure capital of North Wales and is home to some fantastic attractions. Thrill seekers can visit the famous Zip World Llechwedd for underground trampolines, zip lines and mine tours, while walkers and cyclists will love the dramatic mountain scenery that surrounds the town.
Just a short drive away is the charming village of Betws Y Coed, often called the gateway to Snowdonia. Here visitors can explore scenic forest walks, waterfalls, craft shops and welcoming cafés.
For a taste of the coast, the harbour town of Porthmadog is well worth a visit, offering independent shops, restaurants and the chance to ride the historic Ffestiniog Railway through spectacular mountain scenery. Nearby, the peaceful seaside village of Borth-y-Gest is perfect for relaxing walks along the shore and enjoying beautiful coastal views. An ideal base for a memorable North Wales getaway.
