  Excellent communication and arrival instructions. We had a lovely stay at Wingate Farm, the property on arrival was spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. Owners were available if any issues, lovely family and very accommodating. Fabulous location overlooking the sea from the top of Exmoor. Extremely quiet (maybe isolating for some) but if you are looking for an escape from the rat race then this is it! Located halfway between Porlock and Lynmouth on the moors, so very well placed for seeing the best of Exmoor and the coast. WiFi is available but phone networks are not great, so you have no choice but to chill out and relax 😉 Wingate Farm Cottage accommodated our long overdue family holiday perfectly (3 generations), perfectly adequate inside space, and lovely private enclosed garden with BBQ. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

  We took our 3 dogs and 5 children we had an amazing time the family are lovely and the area is so quiet and stunning. The phone service is pretty much nonexistent was a massive plus for us and the internet isn’t great but we wanted a holiday that was away from the outside world so was perfect. .... The phone service is pretty much nonexistent was a massive plus for us and the internet isn’t great but we wanted a holiday that was away from the outside world so was perfect. Only tip I would give is that minehead is the only place that has a big supermarket and it’s a 35 minute drive so is handy to stock up. Local little shop is 20 min drive. The cottage is beautiful and really clean and well maintained with all Facilities you need. There is some booklets with everything you need to know and one with local walks. There was even tea coffee sugar and a little jug of milk ready on arrive. Would highly recommend. We can not wait to book back up.

  We really loved our stay at this cottage. It was immaculate when we arrived, is really cosy and warm with spacious bedrooms, and is very well-equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful, but very discreet and the house was our own for the week. Knowing our little boy was keen on cows, they even.... We really loved our stay at this cottage. It was immaculate when we arrived, is really cosy and warm with spacious bedrooms, and is very well-equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful, but very discreet and the house was our own for the week. Knowing our little boy was keen on cows, they even moved the Angus cattle into the field next door for a few days especially! The location is fabulous - conveniently located next to the A39 but situated far enough from the road such that you can't hear or see it at all. Amazing walks locally on Exmoor and the coast. The whole booking experience was great with "The Best of Exmoor" too. Thank you all!

  Bradbridge Barn is a well built spacious home from home which makes an excellent base for exploring South Devon.

  The rooms are large and furnished well enough for a family of four to stay with ease. The main room is all in one with the kitchen on one side and comfortable sofas and the tv on the other, and a table to eat at, or plan trips out from. The kitchen has a modern cooker as well as plenty of cooking and preparation surfaces, and enough cutlery etc for a family of four. There is a large fridge freezer and storage for food for self catering families. The bathrooms both have a shower and hot water was always available from the modern boiler which also provided heating for us on colder spring nights. The main bedroom is large which was good for us as the dog’s beds did not get in our way! All areas were cleaned to a good standard and well maintained. There is a small garden at the front for resting in the sun and access to a shared play area/garden was close by and safe for younger children, and parking for one car is beside the barn. We enjoyed staying there. Thanks.

  Previous reviews for this holiday cottage were excellent, and we weren't disappointed. We too found it very clean, comfortable, well equipped and thoughfully finished. The hosts were very accommodating, and it was lovely to be able to share their beautiful farm for a few days. We chose this cottage .... Previous reviews for this holiday cottage were excellent, and we weren't disappointed. We too found it very clean, comfortable, well equipped and thoughfully finished. The hosts were very accommodating, and it was lovely to be able to share their beautiful farm for a few days. We chose this cottage in part as we have a baby and a toddler, and we would recommend to others with young children - the cottage was well set up, the immediate outside space was secure and our little boy loved roaming the farm and seeing all the animals. Very pleased all round!
