  Chiff Chaff Cottage was just perfect for our family of four, and our goldendoodle, for a relaxing end of year break. It's a fabulous location for a peaceful stay and ideally placed for exploring the stunning north Norfolk beaches of Wells, Holkham, Brancaster etc. The house itself is super clean, modern and cosy and the owners had thought of everything - doggy poo bags, dishwasher/washing capsules, cleaning products, bin liners, hand wash, linen, spare blankets, coat hangers and more. They'd even put a stylish Christmas tree up! We were particularly grateful for the luxurious hamper of local Norfolk treats - very generous. Great Wifi connection, log burner and parking right outside the front door. We didn't use it but there is a separate summer house, courtyard and fully fenced garden. You will love it here.

  We absolutely loved our stay here. Chiffchaff Cottage is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, cosy, welcoming with everything you could possibly need. The flowers, wine and granola was a lovely thoughtful touch. There are so many things we loved... the luxurious towels, the comfy bed, the downstairs toilet, the sun/garden room, especially sitting outside in the sunshine in your beautiful enclosed garden, our two dogs were so happy and safe. Our highlights were our trips to the beach and woods at Wells-next-the-Sea, Holt, walks in the village and a lovely meal at The Dabbling Duck, which is dog friendly! Thank you so much for a relaxing week, it's just what we needed.

  Thanks for a really relaxing stay. The cottage is so warm and comfortable and the kitchen is so well-equipped. We all enjoyed the Norfolk wine and Bakewell Tart granola - thank you. Our young adult children found the bunkbeds very comfortable and definitely big enough! We've enjoyed walking the dogs from the front door, and walking past Raynham Hall and going inside the church. The wind has not stopped us doing anything except visiting NT Horsey (we must come back to do that). We've walked at Titchwell, Wells and Thornham along the beaches, and the bus service back to the car is so regular and convenient. We've had a fab holiday. Thanks so much again.

  We can't thank you enough for what has been a super relaxing and fun break from the chaos of life. Chiffchaff Cottage is warm and welcoming and you have thought of everything we could possibly need for a family holiday. We are particularly grateful for the generous luxury goodie basket of local products... the children thought it was awesome to drink apple juice from The Queen's estate, and the Bakewell Tart granola was scrumptious. We spent the week having lazy mornings and in the afternoons exploring North Norfolk's stunning beaches. The cottage was wonderfully clean and all of the information very helpful. We very much hope to return soon.

  Railway Cottage has all the features you would want to make you feel you are staying somewhere special. We loved being right on the trail, and sitting in front the property enjoying the amazing view and now and again saying hi to passing cyclists and walkers. The interior is charming, it is equipped with every you need from cooking a 3 course family meal to an alfresco BBQ. The house is very clean and linens all freshly arranged. If you are worried about car parking, don’t, you leave the car a little away from the house but it’s only a short walk on a well gravel like path.
