  Really nice!

  VERY comfy Fridge wasn’t overly clean, had to clean the drinks dispenser bit with an anti-bac wipe all brown and sticky, recliner chairs that are super comfy…but don’t recline as the cables been cut :-( wifi…deffo needs an upgrade more than one device at a time or trying to use upstairs you have no chance, steaming on the smart tv “you’re not connected” a fair few times :-( Tv is great though, smart tv, great pic and sound. Kitchen well equipped nice to have somewhere with EVERYTHING you need, oven really good, dishwasher v.good, washing machine in the utility used a few times too very good. Bedrooms nice and clean, very comfy with good quality M&S bedding :-) Bathrooms really good, good size, good showers. Cream tea and milk welcome pack was v.good too. Decent area to get out and about, would deffo look at alternative routes when off out sightseeing, BIG roadworks northbound A30, out through Truro and back round on to the A30 further up for us. Plenty of shops around, big Asda 5 min drive away, Lidl pretty much walking distance, not a bad priced Texaco garage near by, Maccies 2 min drive away too. Really good friendly chip shop Chandlers Plaice 8 min walk deffo try their homemade fishcake!

  Bwthyn Nant Bach is a beautifully converted barn that has clearly had a lot of love, time and money put into it. The owners were very friendly people who wanted to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I spent Christmas 2018 here with my family and we all had a lovey time (2 Adults 2 Teens), we've already spoken about doing it again, this was our first cottage holiday, really impressed. The surrounding area is stunning with access to walking trails less than 1/2 mile from the front door. The closest pub (The Goat Inn) is a 2 mile walk but can be accessed by using the walking trail so no need to walk country lanes, its a lovey pub too with great food. Porthmadog is a good location for your shopping needs and if you get a chance Criccieth Castle was a great visit, both are about 7-8 miles from the cottage. Wales Cottage Holidays were also friendly and helpful to deal with, they did a great job of answering all my questions before booking. I would highly recommend both this property and Wales Cottage Holidays.

  Central to the narrow gauge railways and the Lyn peninsula- the Welsh roads are in so much better condition than England’s roads so driving was mostly a pleasure! The closeness of Snowdon etc meant hill walking was very close by. The cottage itself was very well appointed and warm and the hosts were a pleasure. The beds were large and very comfortable and set back from the road, it was very quiet. There is a log burner but it was so warm with electric rads that we never used it. All equipment was top of the range and the showers were wonderful. We even had a patio breakfast in the sun which was wonderful. The farm next door is not a working farm now so that was also quiet. It was a real pleasure to stay here. Thank you!

  We had a fantastic stay at 3 Combehaven.

  It's a lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was ideal, just a short walk to town but nice and quiet with off-road parking. It is up a steep hill - it's the nature of Salcombe but might be difficult for those with mobility issues. Having the office in Salcombe would have been a big plus had we had any problems - which we didn't. My only very minor issue was the description stated we needed to take our own towels and tea towels - which for 5 people was a lot of extra baggage - but they were actually provided. Could you change this in the property particulars? We would certainly stay here again.

  Lovely cottage, very well equipped. Spoke to the very friendly & helpful owners a few times. Only disappointing aspects were that there was building work going throughout most of our stay, which was OK, but a little noisy at times. Also there was no welcome pack as advertised and as expected, but the 'covid' excuse was used to explain this, which I did not understand. Overall though we loved the cottage, the facilities within were excellent, the showers were amazing, great views on 2 sides, very comfortable and welcoming. We would happily return and recommend to others
