Single holiday let sleeping up to 6 guestsMount Earl is a detached cottage, sitting in its own large and secluded garden only half a mile from the pretty fishing village of Coverack, in the beautiful Downas Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here visitors can enjoy 32 acres of private heath and woodland. A nature-lovers and family paradise, where rare butterflies and birds can be seen and the ancient ruins of an old mill alongside the Downas stream.
The house is fully glazed and has a conservatory on one side of the house, where visitors can enjoy the garden at all times in comfortable sofa and chairs. The garden has a BBQ and garden furniture.
The ground floor offers a sitting room/dining room with a wood burning stove in the large inglenook. The first basket of logs is provided free of charge. In the living area there is a TV, DVD and CD player and a sofa bed for additional guests.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and washing machine. Wi-fi available.
There is a separate WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin room. A main bathroom with bath and a separate shower room.
Central heating, electricity and WiFi is included in the rental price.
Many outdoor seasonal activities can be enjoyed near the cottage; fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and windsurfing to mention a few, and, of course, the fabulous South West Coast path.
Nearby are many visitor attractions; Lizard Point and Kynance Cove, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Helford Estuary and the Falmouth Maritime Museum to mention but a few.
