Tudor Rose is an immaculate holiday let set within the owners lovely gardens. On arrival we received a warm welcome from the owners. The lodge is warm with comfy sofas and bed a great shower and a well equipped kitchen. The generous welcome pack was a lovely surprise. The lodge is minutes from Aylsham with its many eateries; recommend The Black Boys pub in the square, also Bread Source for great coffee, rolls and cakes. The magnificent Blickling Hall and Estate are less than 2 miles away, with the Bucks Arms serving good food all well worth a visit. Aylsham is perfectly placed for visiting the many delights Norfolk has to offer, we look forward to returning to Tudor Rose in the summer months, we highly recommend this property.

This is a great location for cycling as we have covered over 200 miles in various directions and loops finding quiet lanes and lovely scenery along the coast between Blakeney and Happisburgh, and discovering Norwich and Ranworth Broad. Today we walked to Blickling Hall - great bacon rolls and cheese scones, but long queues for lunch at NT and Buckingham Arms. The cottage is perfect with lots of space, excellent shower and outside seating. We have been very lucky with warm and dry weather and varying sunshine. New territory for us, but hope to return.

Safe on-site parking for one car Owners are a pleasant couple who are on-site, were there to be a problem, not that I ever experienced any such issues A short 10 minute walk into Aylsham if you don't want to drive which is a very pleasant little town with a few pubs and several eateries, There is also a Co-Op, a Budgens and a Tesco in town as well as several independent shops such as butchers, bakers, takeaways etc.
