  This property was an amazing find. Local Spar shop a few doors away from your holiday home, a lovely fish & chip shop less than 2 minutes walk, the Ship bar & restaurant was dog friendly with delicious food and 5 minutes walk from you, and the beach is also no more than a 5 minute walk. Great village Butchers & Deli on Back Street, most amazing freshly baked sausage roll, and lovely meats, we even bought some from there to bring home with us :-) Thank you to the owners our the property, and thanks for the bottle of wine and plenty of useful things such as, fairly liquid, dish washer tablets, Carex hand soap, and other bits you may need, although we took our own, it was a very thoughtful touch to the holiday. Thanks again to the lovely owners!

  Property was scrupulously clean and presented as in the photos with everything I needed. The welcome pack was useful. A park was across the road for my dog, fresh produce at the grocers/bakery/butchers/PO along few minutes along the road, the beautiful beach & cafe was a few minutes walk through the park. A bus stop was across the road. Beautiful area for walking. Property has open access to the road so do keep your dog(s) on a lead at all times. My dog and I enjoyed a wonderful week of walking along the beaches, didn’t use the car.

  Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed by the owners. Upon entering the property, we found it very light and airy. The accommodation was superb. it was very clean, very comfortable, and very well equipped. The owners have a lovely property, that is very well presented, in every way. There are great local shops, and a very good pub close by, with amazing food. We very highly recommend The Coach House, very many thanks to Ian and Caroline.

  This is a very special property. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that holiday makers have all their needs met. I think they have gone over and above what you might expect. In addition, the Coach House is extremely well situated. It is near the beach, to small shops and eating places and to public transport. Using the later, holiday makers can have access to miles of the Norfolk coastline. Definitely worth a revisit.

  We were absolutely delighted to stay at this holiday home for our mini break. The property was warm, which was very important as hubby suffers with Raynauds, immaculate, cosy and everything we could have needed was there. A lovely touch to get the milk, wine and wonderful coffees too. Thank you. We love the park just over the road, we would be very happy to book again.
