  The cottage is absolutely lovely. We are fussy and we would most definitely return. Full of character and charm. Everything you need is there including all of the basic kitchen equipment. Do look in all of the kitchen cupboards and drawers upon arrival. There are pan scrubbers, washing up liquid, washing tablets and dishwasher tablets tea towels, oven mits and pegs etc (saves packing space). The location is quiet and peaceful. The beach is a straight walk through the caravan site and it is flat. The walk took us ten minutes and we think half a mile. The beach is dog friendly. The owners are helpful and approachable - I have some issues that require me to make contact before arrival and they were extremely accommodating. Onsite restaurant allows dogs out on the balcony which has a roof and heaters. If you are over 6 foot tall and have looked at the photos dont worry about the bedroom ceilings. There is only one beam at the top of the stars that you may have to duck just a little. Both bedrooms would be fine if you slept on the right side of the bed. My husband had no issues. We would highly recommend the cottage and the location, which is about 3/12 miles from Barmouth and 7 from Harlech.

  We have been holidaying in North Wales for many years and can honestly say that Dehangfa is the best home we have ever stayed in.

  The bungalow is located two turnings off Beach Road, close to shops, eateries and the coastline, and nestled peacefully against the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. There is a driveway for off-road parking. The bungalow is spacious and beautifully decorated/furnished - the large living room and patio doors contribute to an open, light and airy feel. The home is impeccably clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to self-cater whilst away - if you can pry yourself away from the lovely local pub! Beds are very comfortable and allow for a lovely night’s sleep. There is a bathroom and a wet room to speed up getting ready on a morning and enable you to shower following a sandy beach day. The hosts left a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the fridge for us, which was lovely, and were easily contactable. Five stars from me! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you!

  Gorgeous cottage in a great location with 5 minute walk to beach, it is on edge of a caravan park but don’t let this put you off as it is very quiet and peaceful with lovely views from lounge and bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable, the shower is lovely. Very well equipped, the owner has thought of everything which makes it very homely. We had a fantastic week here and would highly recommend. Our dogs loved the enclosed gardens, the only thing there is a small gap under the entrance gate which probably wouldn’t affect most dogs but our small dogs could get under it if they wanted to. When booking I didn’t realise the cottage was adjoining the Farm Cottage however there is a gate seperating the properties and it didn’t affect our stay in any way and would be ideal if family or friends were staying in adjoining property. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Thank you.

  Yet again we were delighted with our stay.

  A beautiful property with all the home comforts. A perfect secure garden for our dog who absolutely loves it here. Both the double beds were very comfortable and guaranteed a perfect nights sleep to be fresh and ready for the next day. The bungalow is exceptionally clean and tidy and has everything you need. This is our fourth stay here and we have already booked for next year. We love it so much, no stress of having to take extra home comforts as everything is there that you need. It’s in a perfect location for everything you could want. Thanks again Phil and Dianne for a wonderful home form home to have our holiday.

  The bungalow was in a lovely, peaceful location.

  Had a lovely view of the mountains from the kitchen window. The property was very clean and comfortable. There was nothing extra that I could ask for, or needed. I loved sitting in the garden and listening to the birds. It was an ideal place to just chill and relax or take long strolls along the beach or sit on one of the many benches. There are a few takeaways and also a pub at which you can have a meal. The train station is an added bonus as you can get to most places without having to use the car. The owners are very friendly and made sure that our stay was a happy one. Thank you.
