  Beautiful property in a great location.

  The property has everything you would need and more. It’s about a 5/10 min walk from the centre of town (there’s quite a big hill down to town so the walk back up probably isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility problems, however it was fine for our party who ranged from mid 60’s to young teens. There were scones, cream, tea bags and milk for us on arrival which were a pleasant surprise for us after a 7 hour journey. The weather wasn’t great whilst we were there so we didn’t get to make the most of the roof top terrace but the views from the lounge are equally amazing. The guests prior to us had reported a drip on the tap and the owner got no in touch to see if he could send someone to have a look just to check it out. This worked around our plans and the plumber was in and out without disturbing our holiday which the reassurance there wasn’t a major issue. Would certainly recommend, everyone in our party commented on how beautiful the properly and views were.

  My husband and i arrived at this wonderful accommodation, we had specifically chosen this let as we had stayed near by only a few months ago.

  It was everything we were looking for, modern, spacious, fantastic location to Fistral Beach, as well has the town centre and harbour.The accommodation has everything you could wish for and more besides and is very very clean! Unfortunately on our second day i was admitted to hospital after suffering an heart attack. After a conversation with the property manager regarding extending our stay, for obvious reasons. I was amazed ................ this lovely lady text back telling my husband not to worry that this could be arranged. The genuine concern was fantastic! We also received messages and calls from the owner. At this difficult time, being a 5 hour drive from home, it was such a reassurance. We even got a call from the owner a few days after we returned home to see how i was doing. A Great BIG THANK YOU to both the property manager and owners, you all went above and beyond anything we could have expected.

  Firstly property is well stocked with good facilities and close to town, shops and amazing beaches.

  Property owners did get in touch before our stay and provide lots of useful information which was great. But... sofa was very stained and could do with a good vac and steam clean. Dining chair ripped and needs replacing. Garden was depressing. More of a yard. A bit of weeding and an easy to maintain potted plant would make a big difference. Shelves in side of fridge missing. Appreciate damage done by previous guests and it’s getting to end of a busy summer season. I also appreciate property is pet friendly (ours is a small non shedding dog luckily) but did expect for the price charged it to be cleaner. Couple of air fresheners perhaps. Situated on a very busy roundabout that was very noisy especially through the night with windows open. Couple of dishwasher tablets and some milk would have been nice to help after a long journey and avoid the shops as with our previous property in Fowey.

  Loved it. Perfect spacious 4 story house.

  Modern, clean, great facilities and showers. Room for everything including wetsuits and surf boards. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, the lounge with balcony has gorgeous views. We used the roof top terrace too, with equally gorgeous views. Space for everyone, important with kids and teens! Wi fi, tvs etc. Really short walk into town (The Fort is an excellent family pub with great views, food and service) and the property is also walking distance to the stunning beaches of Towan, Fistral and Lusty Glaze. If you have a scooter / skateboarder/ bmx er in the family, Concrete Waves is just around the corner. Close to the beautiful harbour too where teens love to jump into at high tide! Newquay really is the best family holiday destination. 5 quay court just lovely. Heather.

  My husband, myself and teenage children have just enjoyed a fabulous week in Newquay at 5 Quay Court.

  It was exactly as described and pictured. The house was really warm and comfortable with great facilities and provided a great space to relax as a family whilst also providing great individual space. Unfortunately due to the weather we were unable to make the most of the roof terrace but really appreciated the amazing views from the balcony off the lounge. We thankfully had comfortable camping chairs with us as which we used on the balcony and sat on every day to enjoy the views over Newquay and far reaching views over the coast and sea. It would have been nice to have had a couple of chairs provided on the balcony and also a table and chairs on the terrace outside the ground floor double room to make the most of the outside space. We would definitely visit again.
