  Cottage location was excellent as a base. We were travelling as a family of 5 with a small dog. Chose this accommodation as identified secure outside area so our dog could be let out but unfortunately this was not the case so had to keep our dog on a lead in garden which was disappointing. Also would be good for fence around pond for safety. Cottage could be so much more if more attention to detail. Update summer house and seating, put seats on balcony and just a really good deep clean and replacement of plates/cups and general equipment. Luckily we brought our own toilet rolls as only provided 1 in each toilet and brought own essential such as washing up liquid etc as very little provided. Owner was very responsive to our queries as the tv upstairs was not working and was promptly replaced within a couple of days. Live TV not available which would be useful for this to be advertised. We knew we would need own login for Netflix.

  Enjoyed our holiday but there were issues with the apartment. We were disappointed with aspects, radiator off wall in main bedroom., which was sorted, wallpaper coming off wall in 1st bedroom & a leaky shower. Shower drain aways were filthy with grime & hair. There was a shortage of cutlery and broken utensils which again was sorted but why wasnt this checked before our arrival? Sofa had rubbish & dirt down the sides & there's a broken electrical socket. I hope issues are sorted for next guests

  Perfect location The apartment is literally right next to Crooklets beach & within walking distance to Sainsbury’s & all local shops. You can walk pretty much anywhere from the apartment. This is good as the parking isn’t ideal. If you manage to get in the small parking area right in front of the building, it’s best to try and leave your car there. If you lose your space you have to park on the main road or in a car park that you need to pay. The apartment is value for money & a good base.

  Despite the awful British summer this year we were warm and cosy in the Big Barn. Very comfortable beds, lots of hot water, excellent smart TV with everything we needed (you'll need to log on with your own subscriptions to things like Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC etc), good equipment such as the induction hob and dishwasher. Showers excellent and good storage in each bedroom. Owners were so helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient but in a quiet hamlet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

  Great location, and easy access to beaches, cliff walks, and shops in the town. Large comfortable main bed and bedroom with great views across the golf course Very friendly staff and dog friendly Wi-fi pretty useless, TV's are not smart TV's (not connected to the internet) and not in all bedrooms as stated (missing one) although large screens in main bedroom and lounge. gets a bit noisy sometimes as the local boy racers like to race up and down the roads and sit outside with the music blaring
