The Cottage was a perfect place to stay to celebrate my wifeâs 60th birthday. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The welcome pack and a large carton of milk were a nice touch. Family and friends joined us for our stay and were really impressed with the property. The owners have thought of everything to make sure their visitors have a wonderful stay. The cottage is really well located under an archway just off the quayside and is close to shops, cafes and pubs. I was worried parking would be an issue but we parked at Stearmanâs Yard long stay car park just 5 mins walk away at a cost of £8.50 for 24 hours. You can get a weekly ticket if staying longer. I would highly recommend this cottage in the beautiful town of Wells-Next-The-Sea.

We loved our stay at Baltic. It was well equipped, clean and very modern. It had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet part of Wells but very close to the quay. It is an ideal place to stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone.We visited some great local pubs and restaurants and had great fish and chips. We really liked our roast dinner at the Bowling Green Inn. We had a few drinks at the Memorial Institution in town which was welcoming and very good value.The atmosphere in Wells is wonderful and it is full of lovely independent shops. The beach is beautiful and we loved walking through the Pinewoods.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. We have had an amazing time at Sherborne House. We didn't want to leave it, it is beautifully clean and tidy! We have enjoyed the beach, the amusements and crabbing. It is in a great location, easy walking distance to all the local amenities. We have been to Holkham Hall and ate at The Victoria. We sampled The Globe, The Crown, The Ship at Brancaster and The Kings Arms at Blakeney, and many of the local eateries around Wells. Thank you for an amazing week!
