  This is our 3rd visit to the Beach House and it won't be the last!

  The pictures don't do it justice, it is a beautiful house with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. With a twin room and bathroom on the top floor and two double rooms on the second floor (one with en-suite) and the family bathroom. A large kitchen with snug and a separate lounge and all rooms have tv's. It is ideal if you have children / teenagers who want to play on the X-Box while the adults have their own space in the lounge...or vice versa :) The kitchen is well appointed and has bi-fold door to the lovely seating area in the garden, cushioned seating and blankets are provided also. The Beach House is literally a minutes walk from the promenade but not on the main road so it is very quite at night. Extremely clean and very furnished to a high standard. I can not recommend this beautiful home enough. We have been on numerous holidays via Sykes but this is by far our favourite home from home. Can't wait to visit again.

  We have rented holiday cottages for many years and never had such friendly, helpful service from the owners.

  Also have never had such a clean and tidy place, it was just like home! Fantastic facilities, lovely showers and bathrooms, comfy beds, very well appointed throughout and such spacious accommodation too. We had our 87 year old parents with us and the house was very elder friendly too. Loved the enclosed, sheltered garden, spent many a happy hour soaking up the sun there! A short walk to the front too, the quiet end of Bridlington, the beach was just delightful. Parking was fine too, we could get our arge Ford S Max on the drive and also parked easily on the road a few times across the bottom of the drive. So nice not to have to worry about parking! Highly recommend this delightful cottage, in a lovely, quiet suburb of Bridlington a stone's throw from the sea front. Enjoy!!

  We loved our stay at Holly Bank.

  The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a lovely relaxing week. The kitchen is very well-equipped too. We had 4 couples, 1 toddler, 1 baby and a dog and there was plenty of space and a bedroom for each couple. The garden is huge, great for dogs and kids (although be aware that a determined dog could escape). The village of Etton is so picturesque and quiet, lovely for a walk. Beverley has a good selection of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, charity shops and even a doggy deli. Beverley Minster church is beautiful. We did day trips into York, Harrogate, Whitby and Bridlington, I would recommend Betty’s tea room! Thank you so much for welcoming us to your beautiful home!

  What a fabulous house.

  So spacious & done out to a high spec. Perfectly placed in a quiet road, two minutes walk from the beautiful South Beach. Great for walking our dogs. Both the South & North beaches & promenades are so clean and well looked after, we walked for miles. The house was equipped with everything we needed, home from home. Great “warm” dog shower in the garden to get all the sand out of their paws. The weather was extremely kind to us & we visited Filey for the food & drink festival & Scarborough. Welcoming Prosecco, milk, tea, coffee & biscuits & some treats for the dogs too. We did bring our own, but there were even dog beds. We will definitely visit this house & Bridlington again.

  Wow what house!

  Everything we could possibly need was there, the layout worked brilliantly for us as a large family, we had the space to be together but also space for ourselves. The house was also super clean as was the well maintained garden and the fact it was fully enclosed was a major plus point so we didn't have to worry about the pooches, who also had their own outdoor shower! That was super handy after beach runs! The communication from the owners was exceptional, they have done a brilliant job with the house and should be extremely proud. The sign of a good holiday is the kids didn't want to leave! They said they loved the house. We would all love to come back.
