I booked the cottage to surprise my kids for Christmas and what a surprise it was.
Where to start, the grounds and location was amazing your not too far from town but it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. The facilities were clean and in good condition the addition of the washing machine was a good surprise. The cottage was very nicely set up and instantly felt like home with everything you could need including Netflix and prim. The games room went down really well and we spent our evenings making good memories. The hosts went above and beyond in help making it a wonderful Christmas. On hearing my plan Josie helped decorated the cottage making it feel like Christmas and the added treats and eye for detail was the icing on the cake. Even our doberman loved playing in the secure paddock. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We found Green Grove Barn a perfect place to stay.
It had everything we needed and being out in the country it is so quiet and peaceful. The 'WOW' factor of the house is the wonderful view from the lounge and its balcony of the lake, fields and hills. When we visited, the Barn had not been open long and all the âwhite goodsâ were brand new and sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious and are beautifully decorated with plenty of storage space. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. Kathy and Peter were so friendly and welcoming and the information file they provided was excellent with not only details of the house but also suggestions of places to visit and local walks. We couldn't have wished for better accommodation.

We loved our stay in Green Grove Barn.
The setting is beautiful with views down to the pond and up into the hills where cattle and sheep graze. In the evening light the cows were silhouetted against the sky between the trees and hedges .Wonderful. Cathy and Peter were charming hosts. We've never been in a property where so much was provided , or the kitchen so generously stocked with essentials. There is WI FI - not mentioned in the original details and important to our family. We were sad to leave and have come away with very happy memories.

The owners are just next door and very friendly & helpful. Although you can't walk anywhere directly from the property there are options for short strolls on site. And by car there's so many lovely places to visit from 5-45 minutes away. My dog thoroughly enjoyed her stay - the small patio garden in front of the cottage is adequate for their basic needs but the fenced paddock is ideal for ball throwing and only 25 paces across the courtyard. The courtyard itself is also quiet and safe.

Newly furnished and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space. Great to have dedicated parking space for two cars. Garden set out with chairs, summer house and cycle shed. Only issue was that the pub had stopped serving food, but the fish and chips were excellent. The nearby NISA had everything we needed and very friendly staff. Great trips to nearby NT properties, Gower, Carmarthen and Swansea
