This flat was exactly as expected from the description. Those 32 stairs are a breeze so long as you have no real difficulty in walking. Plenty of cleaning materials were provided and the place was beautifully clean with comfortable bedding and sofas. I was surpirsed how much storage space was available in the bedroom for clothing, and also in the bathroom. There are cafe facilities at that beach below the accommodation and we enjoyed the walks from there. I enjoyed the location and hope to revisit next year. I can recommend this accommodation and there was no issues at all in the deposit refund.

"An exceptional luxury top floor Redcliffe Apartment" We agree that the views and location were truly absolutely stunning - as advertised and what we had hoped for. Sadly we were really disappointed with the presentation of the apartment. Although the linen and towels provided were good, the overall cleanliness of the rest of the accommodation was very poor. Not the luxury we had expected and had of course paid for. Views, location and agreeable weather encouraged us to stay and we did enjoy our trip overall.

The sound of the sea is such a good back drop to sit and while away the hours! The property is very reasonable in both size and comfort, especially suitable for couples and fits in perfect with the splendour of Caswell Bay. The inner window from the bedroom, looking through the living room, in particular gave wonderful sun rises to wake up to.

Surf Cafe two minute walk does great breakfasts and coffee, walk to Langlands Bistro worth a visit. Great fish and chips at Mumbles Pier, and what another stunning view to enjoy your alfresco lunch.
