Plus, if you want to get out and about, the Teifi Valley provides plenty of options for walking and cycling.

What our customers say about their holidays

My father, husband and I spent a wonderful week staying in this holiday cottage on the farm and none of us wanted to leave I can tell you.

Joy & Rod are both such lovely, friendly and kind people and honestly cannot do enough for you. The cottages is so well equipped you need not take hardly anything with you at all which is brilliant. The beds are extremely comfortable and the whole layout of the place is lovely, spacious and so clean. We walked in and were shown around by Joy, who made sure we knew exactly where everything was and how it worked. The Welcome goodybag was such a lovely touch and a really nice start to our first evening there. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh chicken eggs from their chickens with our morning breakfasts and evening omelettes. We were also privileged enough to try some duck eggs as well, which were just as lovely. Rod kindly introduced us to his animals which was one big plus of staying on a farm, seeing the baby calves and lambs as well as the ducks, chickens and friendly farm cats, which will welcome you at the back door each morning. Having the hot tub was so nice after you had been out for a day trip or a long walk. We would just sit back and relax our muscles which was a lovely end to each day. The underfloor heating that warms the whole place is really good, we were warm and snug the whole week we there and it was lovely under foot too. There are so many things about this property which are lovely, the quality of furniture, extremely well equipped kitchen and attention to detail right through is brilliant. There are many places to see around the area but I would recommend:- -Sculptureheaven, a really lovely little place to visit and their cakes and cordials are wonderful. -Cenarth falls just round the corner, you can enjoy a lunch & drink in the pub opposite or a nice ice cream from the little gift shop, while taking a walk down the side of the river listening to the water rumbling over the stones. -Cardigan coastal farm park is a great place to visit if you have children to see the farm animals but even for us, just to enjoy the coastal walk above and see the Seals bobbing their heads up about the water and if you are lucky, a dolphin too. -Visit Caws Cenarth cheese farm and watch through windows into the factory as they make the cheese, separating the curds and whey and then down by hand putting the cards into the cheese moulds. Then walk across to the shop for some tastings, you can't help come away with bags of cheese, it's lovely. -The National Wool Museum just around the corner is quite interesting as well and worth a visit. We also visited a Goldmine, a Waterfall and a Coal mine, which were further afield but all really good too.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this cottage.

The cottage was perfect for us as a family and had everything we needed. The cottage was on a working farm and the owners were right next door. They met us on arrival and and talked us through everything. The cottage was absolutely spotless. Location wise it is a 20 minute drive to the nearest beach (Aberporth). Other beaches like tresaith, Poppit sands or llangranog are a few minutes further away. Being woken up to the sound of cows in the morning is such fun and our dog loved being on a working farm. The dog was-able to use the fields to go circa walk and to do her business when the cows were not around. What really makes this cottage special are the little touches left by the owners on arrival. I do not have anything negative to say as there really are no negatives. The hot tub rounds things off after a busy day out and about. I really recommend this cottage. Believe me you won’t be disappointed.

    Wow! What a find!

The cottage is much larger than it appears in the photos, and beautifully presented inside and out and spotlessly clean. We were very lucky with the weather over the bank holiday weekend, we brought our portable bbq with us and had dinner each evening outside in the lovely garden, which the sun didn't appear to leave all day! The hot tub is huge, and was very much enjoyed. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought and love into making the place the perfect spot to chill out and enjoy the surroundings of the beautiful Welsh countryside. There is even a patio heater for chillier evenings if you want to enjoy more time outdoors. We drove out to Poppit sands (about 25mins), where our pooch enjoyed exploring the sand dunes, and to Cenarth Falls (12 mins) for a riverside and woodland walk, and a little splash about in the shallow waters beside the bridge. Just perfect, we cannot wait to return ❤️

This place is an absolute gem, 5 star plus, with baubles on top!

!! Joy the owner has thought about every little detail, it is the best stocked cottage we have ever stayed in. It has everything you could ever need and even things you didn't think you would need, but do. From all the eco products in the kitchen, to all the eco and high end products in the bathroom, plus luxurious towels and bedding and a kitchen that has all the equipment that a chef would be proud to cook in. The cottage is large, extremely comfortable and was spotlessly clean, the enclosed court yard garden with hot tub is an added bonus, especially good for dogs, they are secure. The welcome pack from Joy was very thoughtful, all local products and even treats for your dogs. This is a MUST place to stay, simply the BEST with so many added bonus's and somewhere we will definitely be returning to.

    Could not recommend enough!

Everything was just perfect for us. From being on the farm.. we loved interacting with the cows and the sheepdogs (Jess & Meg) to the spacious cottage itself. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the hot tub was a huge hit with our 10 year old (and us!) Joy and Rod were the most perfect hosts, they made us feel extremely comfortable and relaxed for our entire time with them. The "Welcome" pack was extremely thoughtful, even our dog had gifts to welcome her to the cottage. And don't worry if you forget things like shampoo or teabags, because the supplies that Joy and Rod have put in place to cater for such scenarios are amazing! 100% recommend. We will definitely be returning!
