We rented Robin's Nest, Swallow's Loft, and Barn Owl cottage for a long weekend away for a group of friends. Absolutely perfect for us - everyone had their own space, and there's a lovely courtyard that's shared space between all three. For individual bookings, each property has its own space out front.Owners and farm staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout. Although we were staying in the middle of a working farm, it felt like a secluded and private location. Lovely flowers, bees, birds, and bats.Location is ideal - tucked away, but close to Cromford and Cromford Station. The one thing to be aware of - if planning to walk to/from the farm - is that the road is very steep. Fine if you're fit and active, but something to be aware of and plan for for anyone with limited mobility, especially in very hot weather.
