Skegness sealife centre, Skegness stockcar stadium, Fantasy Island, Gibraltar Point, sandy beaches (3 miles), Gunby Hall and Gardens (4 miles) and Lincoln are in easy reach. Beach riding is nearby. Shops and pubs 2 miles.

the cottage was lovely. clean and comfortable, except for the double bed which was too short for my husband. everything else was fantastic.the photos of the the smaller gate don't show close up that there is small square fencing over the wooden fence so even a small dog would not get out of there. at the bottom of the other fences by the hedges is the sheep fencing so be aware if your dog could get through that. the cottage is opposite a farm and in the middle of nowhere so the amenities are not within walking distance, but that is what we wanted. Skegness is about 4 miles away and Chapel is about 3 miles

A lovely cottage with a large fully enclosed garden which is perfect especially if you have small dogs. Nice and quiet other than the bird scarers which go off at random times during the day. You can also hear anything going on at the Skegness Raceway, but it’s not particularly loud. A short drive is needed to get to local amenities. Towels provided are quite small so take your own if you like a larger bath towel! A bottle of Prosecco and a lemon drizzle cake on arrival was a nice touch. Be aware of additional cash payment to be made on arrival during certain months for heating as it’s easy to miss this on the information.

What a joy to stay here with a lovely large secure garden for the dogs .The pictures do not do this place justice as its a super cosy cottage with everything you need .Just be aware my doggy friends dogs are not allowed on sofas or upstairs which wasn't a problem for mine as I brought my retractable stairgate .Plus alot of bird scarers for nervous dogs .Also the seaside is only 8 minutes away but you would not believe that when you are in your secluded bubble .Beautiful weather too which was a bonus .Host was lovely and helpful Two little grumbles Paying for fuel (never had to do that before and also paying for dogs )
