A great property situated in a fantastic location that offers guests the chance to explore all that Lincolnshire has to offer. The Nook is set over two floors; with a well equipped kitchen, cosy living room complete with wood burner, bathroom and two good sized bedrooms situated downstairs. Upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms and another family bathroom. Outside you will find the perfect entertaining area with a drop down table/bar which come complete with a sink and fridge!
There is plenty to see and do for all the family in the area, with the North Sea Observatory at Chapel St Leonards on the beach, which is well worth a visit. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just along the coast, as is Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells with its huge funfair and market. Gibraltar Point nature reserve is approximately a 30-minute drive away to the south of Skegness, and inland there are the market towns of Alford, Louth and Horncastle to explore. Furthermore, enjoy a day out on the coast visiting the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe, travel inland to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds or enjoy some motor racing at Cadwell Park. Lincoln makes a great day out with its cathedral, castle and Magna Carta visitor centre. Shop, pub and restaurant all within 1 mile.

The Nook is an exceptional property. Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor - tasteful mix of traditional and modern. Everything you need for a peaceful break. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Welcome pack was generous and was appreciated by us all. Looking forward to returning again.

Beautiful place . Really lovely. Garden area but due to weather we could not use this space . Really nice place ,clean and tidy .had everything we would need . They decorated the place as it was my mum's 86 birthday. A lovely touch with a bottle of bubbly . What impressed me was that the owner Patrice called us in the evening to ensure we were okay and if we had everything we needed . Very thoughtful Highly recommend this place for a peaceful time away . To reflect and catch up . A good selection of board games kept us busy . Also Netflix Thank you gave us time to catch-up and remember departed dear ones

Just spent a fantastic week at The Nook everything there that you need for a relaxing holiday even treats for our doggie also treats for us humans too Very clean and such beautiful beds so comfortable and pillows like laying on clouds also fantastic kitchen especially the coffee machine added bonus we’re definitely going to be back later this year
