Ideally located for those who wish to enjoy the delights of Keswick without having to move their car from the allocated private parking space. Set back from the main street in a courtyard setting these apartments have been constructed to provide comfortable accommodation for those who would like to be in the ’heart’ of this popular market town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The property includes double glazing windows to keep noise at bay alongside rustic pine wood furnishings in both bedrooms. This property has everything you need to make the most of your holiday. Lake Derwentwater is a mere ten minute stroll and Keswick Leisure Pool and park are close at hand, where you can enjoy swimming, tennis, bowls and mini-golf. An abundance of restaurants, tea rooms, pubs (serving excellent bar meals) and shops are all on your doorstep to ensure you always have somewhere new to visit. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

    We have stayed here twice. Great location for local amenities and bus station. Also great to have parking space allocated

    We and relatives (on our recommendation) have stayed here before and been really pleased in every respect.However, this time was very disappointing. The flat smelt musty and was distinctly damp. There was a fine layer of mildew/mould in the main bedroom corners on skirting and furniture and the bed felt damp. The heating in this room and the hallway was preset and could not be turned on by guests to air or warm the rooms. The radiator in the lounge was also out of guest control though luckily there was a fan heater. Furniture had deteriorated, the tv remote was faulty, some of the crockery needed washing and the cold tap was sticky. We left a day early because of the adverse effects of the mustiness.Such a shame because a few changes could make a massive difference for future guests.

    Good points, well stocked kitchen small but every thing you need good size shower room heater up on wall. Free standing electric log fire to heat sitting room as none of the storage heaters in the apartment were switched on so a bit chilly on a night .Most of the blinds, cords had been snapped. Overall apartment in need 0f a bit of TLC to make it a little more attractive to the eye as you walk inOne more comment needs new clothes horse one in cupboard broken.
