All very good, quiet and left alone, however having been quite a few years earlier we did notice that a bit of TLC is needed to bring it back to former standards, despite this we still feel that we would return again.

First of all WATCH OUT FOR THE STAIRS. They don't warn you about them but they're narrow and made of slate. I'm a young woman and even I struggled. On the last day I slipped down 3 of them bruising my back and legs. The cottage was DIRTY. Cobwebs in the corners, marks on the surfaces, but the bathroom was the worst. I noticed a few people had mentioned in their reviews about the shower and 'Cottages' had replied saying they'd review it multiple times. Well they haven't after a year of reviews. The drainage is awful, especially the smell. The toilet doesn't flush properly and the shower fills with water every so often bringing up muck with it. Not what you want to find on your first day. The cleaning side severely lacked detail. PHOTOS ARE ALSO INCORRECT, there is now two buildings obstructing the view. With more being built it looks like. It didn't have a nice feel to it, like it was loosing its character. All round disappointed, especially for what we paid.
