Lovingly renovated, marrying modern and traditional materials, it was shortlisted for the ‘Master Builder’ Award in 2010. It is tucked away a stone’s throw from the picturesque quay with fishing harbour and the town centre with its shops and restaurants. Boat trips are available to see the seal colony. RSPB and nature reserves just a short drive. Sailing, fishing, walking and bird watching available locally. Holkham Hall and beach 2 miles. Shops and pubs ¼ mile.

Excellent accomodation. Very clean great location would have given it 5 Star but the radiator in the bathroom thermostat wasn't working but nonetheless a great property

This was our second visit to Madelaine's Barn and with the shower now working brilliantly, it was even better. Such a cosy, clean house and deceptively roomy with it's mezzanine floor. Perfect location. Did not want to leave.
