Located on the North Norfolk coastline, just a short walk from the amazing sandy beach at Bacton, this semi-detached chalet is located in a private park with a lovely wrap-around decked verandah with outdoor furniture. Commanding an uninterrupted sea view, the verandah offers a great opportunity to simply sit back and relax. There is a large communal grassland to the front of the chalet, which will provide plenty of space for family fun. The village of Bacton offers a children’s play area, lovely walks, two pubs with restaurants, a fish and chip shop, a café, ice cream parlour. Bacton Woods is also a great place for a picnic and dog walking trails.
The traditional seaside resorts of Cromer, 13 miles, and Sheringham, 17 miles, provide a great day out for all the family. Sea fishing is available at Bacton Beach, so be sure to bring your sea fishing rod. Wroxham, 13 miles and known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, has many riverside restaurants, cafés, and shops. The waterways are best explored by boat and are rich in birdlife and wildlife. Daily river trips and boat hire are available. Bewilderwood at Horning is an outdoor adventure park, a perfect place for children to burn off some energy, and the Dinosaur Park at Lenwade offers both in and outside fun, as well as a splash park on warm days. Avid gardeners will enjoy The Old Vicarage Gardens at East Runton and National Trust Sheringham Park, and for keen golfers, the Royal Cromer and Mundesley golf courses will not disappoint. Other National Trust properties include Felbrigg and Blickling Hall, alternatively, spend a day at Horsey Beach where between December and February visitors can enjoy the chance to spot hundreds of grey seals and pups along the shoreline. The city of Norwich is just over 20 miles away and provides excellent shopping malls, market squares, theatres, cinema complexes, museums, and many pubs and restaurants. Beach 70 yards. Shop and restaurant ¾ mile, pub 1 mile.

The photos on the brochure is out of date the furniture was out dated the table did not go with the chairs so when you was sat at the table you was too low down to eat it says central heating but just wall heaters was installed my wife struggled with the furniture getting up and down the oven burnt everything so we bought a ninja to cook food the decking furniture was filthy I had to dust a chair down before I could sit on it not very good at all plus no cushions for it will not book again

Good value for money, Very nice place, relaxing, everything you would need from a holiday, would have liked to see a folder explaining what is in the surrounding area, and explaining what and where kitchen item are. the microwave if you haven’t used a digital one before it is trial and error, there is a water filter fitted to sink so that you get filtered cold water but if we didn’t know what it was we would not have used it, nice and clean furniture is a bit dated but still comfortable, we put a bottle of milk in the fridge door the shelf fell out and broke in half. Contacted the owner he was very helpful and kind he arranged for a new shelf immediately bedrooms were immaculate, bathroom modern and very clean, parking was next to rear door which was convenient for unloading car, the sea was approximately 500yards away across a well looked after green space, decking area to the from has table and chairs, three price ratten garden furniture, sat out most days and nights with a drink just listening to the peace and quiet watching other residents walking dogs and birds landing, Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing week

Peaceful location, beautiful beach although there isn’t a great deal to do in Bacton. we found the bed comfortable some of the furniture really needs replacing it’s very worn and it could do with a lick of paint.
