An amazing stay, its in the ideal location for Windermere and local places. Lots of nice historical places nearby too. The apartment had everything and the balcony was ideal with a book and a glass on a cool evening. Plenty of parking spaces too so I wasn't stressed about that. I will definitely be returning in the future

We have been to Sailing By 3 times, by that you can tell have we enjoyed it. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. There is nothing more to want. Everything is so convenient to hand. The bathroom is a pleasure with plenty of hot water. Lovely new outside furniture. Look forward to returning again and to visit many places that are so easy to get to.

The photos don't do justice to a beautiful apartment, lacking in nothing, providing everything. Hope we left it in nearly the same condition as we found it. We had a very enjoyable stay. Marina with Swans and Kingfisher, narrow boats coming in and out or just sailing by great entertainment. Canal walks, great scenery, very pleasant. Parking just outside the door. Plenty places to visit in the area. If we'd been younger, we'd be planning to retire there. Many people around but very quiet.
