This is our 4th stay at the savoy, it is close to everything, has free parking is spacious, has a very comfortable bed and lovely views of the park and opera house.

Our third stay in this beautiful period property. It feels like coming home when we stay here. I'm Shocked to read a couple of the negative reviews regarding clutter and dust! Please ignore- this property offers you the opportunity to step back in time. The furnishings and collections are all from the Victorian era paying homage to when the building was originally built, and give the place an absolute wonderful charm - and ultimately inkeeping with the timeless feel of the whole town of Buxton. Having lived in Buxton as a holiday home owner for over 12 years its an absolute joy to have found this little gem. Its warm, cosy, comfortable. Bed is fabulous! Well equipped with everything you need to eat in. A stones throw from the Pavilion gardens and the Buxton opera house. The history behind the building is really worth a read too. Originally built as the Burlington hotel in the 1874 to later become the Savoy with two lively night spots during the 60s. You can feel the history inside this building and I can't recommend this beautiful timeless apartment enough. Thank you for having us again Samantha and Mark x

We had a 3 night break and found the apartment charming. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were both modern. The addition of a parking space so close to the town and Pavilion Gardens was excellent. Will definitely be back.
