Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. "What a lovely holiday home! As you enter the property you are greeted with a kitchen to your right which has everything you need to cook up a lovely meal. The large lounge at the back of the property welcomes you in with its beautiful furniture. There are patio doors from the lounge which lead you onto a lovely garden equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue, a great space to relax in the warmer months. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, both of which have en-suite facilities. There are two king size bedrooms, one of which has a dressing room where there is a single fold up bed, ideal for a child. In summary, it is a spacious and modern two-bedroom house situated in Shanklin.
Located only minutes away from the cliff path with direct access down to the beach, this charming, semi-detached holiday home makes an ideal base for small groups, or perhaps even two families wanting to holiday together. The nearby golden, sandy beaches stretch for miles, and the Esplanade is packed full of amusements and crazy golf, as well as several places to eat.
Away from the beach, the main town offers a multitude of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. The Old Village is renowned for its pretty thatched cottages, cosy tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and craft shops. The seaside town of Shanklin is well served by public transport around the island with regular buses and the railway ‘Island Line’ to Ryde and Sandown.
Outdoor pursuits on the island include horse riding, fishing, cycling, paragliding, golf and water sports. There are numerous attractions across the island to discover for all ages such as The Needles, with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay. Blackgang Chine, Dinosaur Isle, the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Tapnell Farm Park and Carisbrooke Castle are other attractions. Or why not pay a visit to Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence, Osborne House, and its gardens? The sailing towns of Yarmouth and Cowes also make for a great day out. Whatever you decide, the Isle of Wight has plenty to offer.

Lovely comfortable spacious house.Well furnished and equipped with everything we needed.Lots of useful information supplied by the owners.There is car parking on site, but there is a very useful bus route right outside the house.Lovely walks just a few minutes away, the cliff and the coast paths.
