A sweet little mid-terrace cottage in the heart of Deal situated down a quiet cul-de-sac. Originally Fisherman's cottages this cosy and welcoming house retains its original charm and has a small patio for relaxing after a day at the seaside or exploring the charming town. The pebble beach and promenade with the lovely pier are only a few minutes walk, as are the many independent shops, restaurants and cafes. A great place to take the bikes and cycle to nearby Kingsdown along the coastal path or head towards the pretty winding streets of medieval Sandwich. The surrounding area is packed with places to visit for a fun day out: historic Canterbury is only thirty minutes drive, visit the sandy beaches at Broadstairs or the Retro amusement park Dreamland in Margate, or soak up the atmosphere in one of the impressive castles such as Dover or Leeds. Bedroom 1 a pretty carpeted bedroom at the front of the house with a double wrought iron bedstead and bedside tables with lamps. There is a tall boy and a chest of drawers with mirror above plus a wall-mounted rail for hanging clothes
Bedroom 2 is also carpeted and has two single beds with a bedside table and lamp between, and a built in cupboard. There are colourful hooks on the door for hanging clothes
Garden: There is a small patio with garden furniture which is accessed via a communal path across the rear of the property which is shared with the neighbouring cottages
Parking: A Visitors parking permit is provided for the nearby car park off West Street
Heating: Gas central heating
Pets: Pets are not allowed at this property
Notes: The stairs in the property are quite steep. There is a narrow storm gully which runs across the front of the row of cottages and there is a shared path for the gardens at the rear of the cottage.
