The apartment is just 150metres from stunning Whipsiderry beach and a short 20 minute walk along the coastal path or 3 minute drive to Watergate Bay. Explore the famous Padstow Harbour, which is 15 miles away and offers a great family day out with plenty of dining options, as well as crabbing and boat trips. The Eden Project, 17 miles away, offers a breathtaking world of biodiversity under its iconic biomes. Newquay Golf Club is less than 4 miles away, with stunning sea views. The stunning, contemporary apartment is bright an airy and offers a fabulous welcome. You will find both bedrooms either side of the hallway, one with a standard double bed and super sea views and the other with two single beds and plenty of storage. The family shower room is on the left and on the right, the fantastic open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, has stunning views out over the Atlantic and back towards Newquay. Snuggle on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie together, or simply gaze out over your wonderful view whilst curled up with your favourite book. The kitchen has a wonderful space to socialise and cook, with a high table and stools to enjoy what your friends and family have whipped up.
Outside, you have a dedicated parking space with additional parking out front.
