Set on the Pentire Headland with fantastic far-reaching views from the upper levels, this reverse-level house oozes style and comfort.

One of just four, architect-designed, modern beach houses, located on the Pentire Headland in Newquay with outstanding coastal views from the upper levels. Fistral Bay View certainly has the wow factor! Built to maximise the views from this location you will find reverse-level living with all bedrooms on the ground floor and the beautifully-light, open-plan living space at first floor level. A further set of stairs will take you to the private roof terrace with its stunning, panoramic vista – the perfect place to snuggle up and watch the spectacular sunsets that are found on this stretch of the Cornish coast.

With a high specification interior incorporating underfloor heating, stylish decor and all mod cons, all you need to do is relax. Crisp white walls and colourful artwork ensure a contemporary feel whilst roomy beds, luxury bathrooms and generous spaces will see to your comfort. Step out of your back gate and you are straight onto the headland with fantastic walks from your doorstep. Your dog is going to love it here too.

Beds: 1 x King (5'), 1 x Superking (6') - may be unlinked to form two singles if requested at the time of booking, bunk beds (3’).

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. Please bring your own beach towels.

Accessibility: This is a reverse-level house with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Living accommodation on the first floor and further stairs to access the roof terrace.

Kitchen and utilities: Built-in double oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, integral dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Facilities for families: Travel cot, highchair and fixed stairgate provided at ground floor level.

Outside: Small courtyard with space to store cycles, kayaks, surfboards but please bring your own padlocks. Fantastic private roof terrace with seating options and barbecue.

Pets: 1 pet allowed - £25 per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.

Parking: One allocated space in communal parking area, public car parking available very close by.

Nearest beach: 0.5 miles.

Nearest amenities: 0.5 miles.

Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.

General: Free WiFi provided. Gas-fired central heating throughout.
