Guests can choose to make the most of the seasonal, shared, on-site facilities, including pitch and putt, a tennis court, a restaurant/bar and a heated indoor swimming pool. Venture into town for a much wider array of shops, eateries and attractions or to swim in the UK’s largest seawater pool. Take a walk along the scenic South West Coast Path or head 4 miles to Marazion to stroll out to the magnificent tidal island of St Michael’s Mount. Wander the beautiful Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, 1.5 miles away, and book tickets for an outdoor show at the world-famous, cliff-top Minack Theatre, 11.5 miles away.
Make your way back to the cottage after exploring your splendid West Cornwall surroundings. Park conveniently in front of the retreat, then step inside via the front door to find yourselves in a welcoming, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With a modern finish, this has been designed to ensure complete comfort throughout your break. Make a cup of tea to enjoy with a freshly baked scone and Cornish cream or prepare dinner in the well-designed kitchen. Gather round the farmhouse table for meals and snacks. Curl up on the side seat with your book or recline on the plush sofa with the remote control to the Smart TV in your hand. Open the door to the patio on hot summer days to bring in a fresh breeze. As each day draws to an end, make your way up to the first floor of the cottage to stretch out in one of the two lovely bedrooms. Here you have a double and a twin, together with a convenient, contemporary shower room.
Warm delicious Cornish pasties in the oven, then carry them out to the patio to enjoy at the picnic bench. Take a wander round the shared gardens and grounds, with their many facilities. There is private parking beside the property for 1 car and an additional overflow car park for guests to use.
