Lazylands is a vast property built over 3 floors, floors 1 and 2 house the bedrooms and family bathrooms, floor 3 is the living spaces and kitchen. Lazylands is a beautiful modern property situated in the valley of South Sands, Salcombe in South Devon. It is in an elevated position benefitting from spectacular views of South Sands beach and the mouth of Salcombe estuary. It is within close proximity of some amazing coastal walks, lane walks and paddle boarding lessons and hiring facilities. Salcombe town centre is within a 5 minute drive of the property or if you wanted to walk it can roughly take about 40 minutes however, you can enjoy a mix of restaurants, cafes and shops, buy those all important holiday presents! 

Size: Sleeps 13 in 5 bedrooms. 

Beds: 1 Superking, 2 Kings, 2 singles, two sets of bunk beds, 1 set is 2 singles, 1 set has a single on top and a double bed on the bottom. 

Rooms: First Floor - Master bedroom and ensuite, King bedroom, bedroom with the two bunk sets, family bathroom. Second Floor - Twin bedroom, family bathroom and another king bedroom. Third Floor - Snug room, kitchen, dining room, lounge. 

Kitchen & Utilities: Table with four chairs, two fridges and two freezers, four slot Breville Toaster, Silver Crest microwave, Hotpoint dishwasher, Bosch eight ring induction hob, overhead fan, two built in Bosch cookers, Hotpoint washing machine, Beko tumble dryer, Magimix Coffee Machine (Guests to bring their own pods). Access to outside seating space. 

Entertainment: Panasonic 46" Flat Screen TV with built in DVD player, 62" Flat Screen Bush Smart TV, Sony Blu-Ray 3D DVD player, two-seater leather sofa, two large bean bags, board games, Yamaha USB/IPod Dock/Radio/CD Player. 

For Families: 2 Travel Cots are provided, Please bring your own bedding for the travel cots. Please be aware there are multiple steps and staircases externally and internally at Lazylands, if you do have children please take care at all times, bringing children is at your own risk. Stair Gates are not provided and do not fit the property internal staircases.

Outside: Front and rear gardens, balcony and outside patio with outside seating provided. 

Parking: Off Road parking available along the driveway, there is space enough for 10 cars. 

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and electric included in rent. Bed linen and towels are provided. No Smoking. 

Pets: This is not a pet friendly property however, please be aware this isn't a pet free property the owner does have a cat that has a holiday at South Sands too! 

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £500 is required when booking. 

Notes: Please be aware there are multiple steps and staircases externally and internally at Lazylands, if you do have children please take care at all times, bringing children is at your own risk. Stair Gates are not provided and do not fit the property internal staircases.
