Wildlife lovers will love spotting otters, kingfishers, barn owls, and hawks along the riverbank locally, and for even more opportunities to see rare birds, can take their binoculars for some birdwatching at RSPB Minsmere (17 miles away). For a traditional British seaside experience, the Victorian resort of Southwold is a 12-mile drive.
