Guests find the lodges comfortable overall, though there is a suggestion that the beds could benefit from an upgrade.

Facilities like the hot tub are well-received, but there are comments about the need for maintenance and updates, particularly in the kitchen and the neglected lake area.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Bit disappointing for the money. The lodge was average and could have done with some more time spent on it to clean it, update it and fix a few things. Carpets were full of dog hair and didn't look like they had been hoovered. Expected it to be better for money. Good park on site and a duck pond. There is a bar and restaurant but we didn't use it. The pub across the road is really good though

The lodges are beautiful. Well presented and clean. Everything you need for the holiday is available. Some are more private than others but it’s personal choice which lodge you book. The hot tub was checked daily and was very welcoming. The only downside to the whole holiday experience was the lake. There is a lovely large lake at the complex but it’s been a bit neglected over the years and over grown. Otherwise the whole location was perfect and central to several tourist attractions. Nice walks in the area.

First time in this lodge was comfortable apart from the bed which could do with upgrading.
