This property is in an excellent location for a walking holiday. The base of Ben Nevis is a short distance away with other attractions close by too. The cottage its self is quaint with a beautiful view. The cottage on the whole looks clean, although, a deep clean would earn a greater score. Bath towels and bed linen are supplied as well as fresh milk and cake for arrival. The addition of tea towels and dish cloth would have been appreciated. The hosts are friendly and welcoming with many good suggestions for trips and local walks.

Had a great few days at Stob-Ban View. Location is perfect, not far from Fort William and with stunning views. Whilst it was wet a lot of the time with heavy cloud cover, we enjoyed watching the ever-changing drama of the clouds over and amongst the mountains, and the birds at the bird feeders. Some lovely walks from the property, including to Ben Nevis Inn.Cottage itself is comfortable, warm, well equipped and surface clean; however, some things grubby beneath that, especially in the kitchen (had to give things a good clean before using) - only reason why not 5*s, and would still recommend staying there.

Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, the location was perfect, and the peaceful atmosphere made it so easy to fully switch off and relax. The views were honestly outstanding the kind you never get tired of waking up to. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, if not better. One of those rare places that truly ticks every box. We would happily come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
