Guests say

Bwthyn Bach is a beautifully presented, peaceful cottage ideal for couples and dog owners seeking a tranquil countryside escape. Guests consistently praise its cleanliness, well-equipped facilities, and the warm, welcoming hosts. The large field for dogs, thoughtful touches, and stunning views are frequently highlighted. While the rural location offers serenity and starry skies, it does mean amenities and attractions require a drive. Some minor comfort issues were noted, but overall, guests found the cottage cosy and relaxing, with many eager to return.

Cleanliness is highly praised, with multiple guests describing the cottage as spotless, very clean, and well-presented. No significant negative comments were made regarding cleanliness.

The rural, peaceful location is a major positive for those seeking tranquillity and countryside views. However, several guests mention the remoteness and distance to shops or attractions, which may not suit everyone.

Most guests found the cottage comfortable and cosy, with a restful atmosphere and good beds. A few noted issues with sofa comfort and the bed size/squeakiness, but these were minor compared to the overall positive feedback.

Facilities are frequently described as excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, and a large field for dogs. Some minor suggestions for updates were made, but overall, guests felt everything needed was provided.

Guests often mention thoughtful touches such as welcome packs, local treats, and dog goodies. While these gestures are appreciated, please note that such gifts are not guaranteed with every stay.

Lovely situation, quiet and friendly hosts. The cottage was ideal for exploring around Pembrokeshire.I've given local amenities average as you do need to travel for provisions but I was okay with this as would deal with my needs when about.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay enabling us to catch up with friends and visit old haunts we left behind 5 years ago after selling our own self catering bolt hole. Our two collies loved the freedom of the fields for numerous runs a day. Everything presented well and beautiful flowers everywhere.. The only thing we were a bit challenged by the bath/shower and getting up from settee plus bathroom fan stays on.Otherwise very happy and would recommend for a peaceful retreat with fabulous views and our hosts were very friendly and helpful too leaving us and the dogs nice welcome goodies.

It's a lovely location for peace and quiet, hosts were really great, nice wide open fields for your dogs, no local amenities without a drive, but hey if you want tranquility that's the place to be, views were amazing, rolling hills,,everything in the property was at hand, needs a bit of an update, but if you are looking for, cycling, walking, this is the ideal place for you
