The presence of farm animals and Lily the dog adds to the charm. Some guests mention the beauty of the starry skies and the natural surroundings, ideal for walks and relaxation. While the Wi-Fi issues and the bed's size were noted, these were minor compared to the overall positive experience.
Guests frequently commend the property for its immaculate condition, noting it as very clean and well maintained.
The location is celebrated for its tranquillity and natural beauty, with some guests mentioning the lack of coverage as a minor inconvenience.
The property is described as comfortable and cosy, though a few guests found the double bed too small and soft for their preference.
Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-stocked kitchen, though there was an issue with Wi-Fi due to supplier problems.
The host's thoughtfulness is highlighted by mentions of a welcome basket and fresh eggs, although it's noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not guaranteed.

The property was comfortable and well maintained. Catherine was the perfect host - thank-you Catherine for the basket of goodies. The area is a little remote but perfect for engaging with nature and unwinding. We were visited by the beautiful Lily (Catherine's dog) - she's so friendly and we wished she spent more time with us! The entrance area very muddy, and we couldn't avoid dirtying the interior of the car and our clothing with mud, as we open and closed the entrance gates. Other than that, everything was perfect. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We stayed there for the first week in December which included Storm DARRAGH. The day of driving rain, the 70mph wind, and the 12-hour power cut did not detract in any way from our enjoyment as we sheltered in the relative warmth of this property. We can thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for one of the best holiday properties in Wales.

And the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen . This is the second Time we have booked this cottage . All being well, we will book again next year.
