The cottage is set amongst a backdrop of rolling hills and farmland on a gorgeous holiday estate, benefitting from shared access to the extensive countryside grounds, swimming pool, tennis court, and countryside trails.

Accommodation
2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 adults. One bedroom has a king-size bed with a full en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds with an ensuite shower room, both on the ground floor.
Kitchen/living room/diner- Hand made solid oak kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The open-plan room has a dining table and chairs for 4. The living area room with two 2 seater sofas, cosy wood burner, TV, DVD player with DVD's, books and games.
Outside: To the front of the cottage is suntrap patio with barbecue, garden chairs and table with parasol. There are extensive gardens and grounds around the cottage including forest trails, *heated outdoor pool, tennis court. Around the trails discover picnic benches, bird boxes, donkeys, rare breed goats and sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and guinea pigs!
*Please Note: the pool area is open for private use for each cottage. Guests will be allocated set times (unless by prior arrangement).
The pool opens end of May (the beginning of the Whitsun week) until the 1st of September. The pool will continue to be open for as long as possible after this date but is entirely weather dependent.
